AMD to Nvidea. Followed the bible's instruction and getting this randomly but on every attempt

I would delete or move your fsx.cfg to a temp folder, restart FSX and let the config rebuild.  It may still be trying to detect the AMD card.  You didn't have a crash, just an event 1000 which is common.  They usually go away pretty fast after your computer syncs.

Nope, thats not working

Try the suggestions in the AVSIM CTD Guide for freezes/stops working while loading FSX or during a flight randomly.  Link to CTD Guide is in my signature.

Now I'm getting this one. All scenery and addons turned off. Cant figure out how to disable the .dll files though.

Usually the dinput8.dll error is caused by input from an incompatible or outdated drivers for a HID device (i.e., a mouse, throttle, or other USB device).
 
I would recommend you download and run a driver updater.  I use Driver Booster which is freeware but the program nags you to purchase a license.  Still it is fully functional - http://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php.
