Does someone know what

The commercial add-on mesh is faulty?

I have some of these as well...which I know is a mesh problem caused by some addon. What I'd like to be able to do is just flatten them out with an excl.bgl or a flatten switch etc.Is there a tool to do this? I have no idea.Eric
