Have you tried disconnecting the yoke,  attempting a take off and see if the same condition exists with the hardware disconnected?   It really sounds like an uncommanded roll input.

I solved the problem.  I did a complete system reinstall and moved to P3D v3.  It now works perfectly.  I was never able to solve the issue in FSX.
