How do we use the pressure system in this aircraft. Is it an auto system? Do we have to set an cruise altitude or destination elevation? Are any of these these modeled?

 

Checklist:

Before Taxi set to landing alt. (e.g., roll dial, desired alt  .. last digit in digital display = 7 would be 7000 ... tool tips will show exactly what you dialed ... cabin gauge will climb with you ).

There are two settings.

 

One of them shows C800. When you flip the press switch to Manual the display changes to FL. I assume the manual FL mode would be to manually set the cruise alt?

 

If the dest. elev. was 200 feet what should the display be set to in Auto Mode C8??

What did you see (Tool Tips) as you rolled the knob? I leave it in AUTO and do checklist item .. set for landing alt.

 

Did you try the example I gave you?

I was just confused about sea level fields in the Auto Mode.

I just mentioned tool tips so you could see how it changes when the dial is rotated ... and to verify it was working for you.
