Realworld Sceneries UAE Qatar etc

Featured Replies

Thinking about buying the RealWorld Super HD scenery Qatar and other Arabian sceneries.

According to the info on SimMarket they are compatible to Airport add-ons, in an e-mail Realworld says that all-add-ons are

compatible.

I have amongst others Dubai Night Environments, A-A Doha Airport with the city, GEX Africa & Middle East amongst others.

Has anyone Realworld scenery, along with other (photo) sceneries, and what is the experience.

Have FSX in Windows 7.

Another question concerns the UAC.

Info from Realworld is.

Windows 7, please TURN OFF "USER ACCOUNT CONTROL". This feature of Win 7 & Vista can affect installation of a number of

programs.

I have read many times that this is not recommended due to the high risk of leaving the computer very vulnerable to viruses etc.

I install all my add-ons as Administrator.

All suggestions/info welcome.

Yep I've got them both. They're pretty good and work well with GCC lights by Taburet and I've found no issues with Flytampa Dubai or T2G Doha. UAC I turn off anyway as I can't be bothered with the nagging as I install stuff. If you don't wish to turn it off then when you run the install make sure that you 'run as admin' by right clicking the installer. Also ensure that your scenery/addon folder is activated in the scenery library as that one had me scratching my head for a while as it wasn't showing up.
