Will Monterey work without the underlying region ?

Hi Folks,

 

I have P3Dv3.2 - ORBX Global - No ORBX Regions - UTX2

 

While I've purchased a number of ORBX Regional Airports and they seem to work fine without the required regions - I was wondering if anyone has tried Monterey this way ??? I can't afford the FPS hit on my older hardware to run ORBX regions... Monterey just has a lot of coastlines and I was wondering if it would mesh up with UTX2 without any glaringly bad mismatches ??? I realize this isn't a supported configuration...
