Flying from PHLI to PHOG I was descended via the CAMPS3 STAR and told to expect the ILS 2. I flew the ILS all the way down to the runway but was never cleared to the approach or handed off to tower.

Did you have ATC Gives Vectors, Assigns STARs and Assigns APPR checked like in the previous flight?

 

Based on the transcript, you didn't get vectors.  Did you have that unchecked for the flight?

Yes, my settings were the same as the previous flight I reported. Vectors to final was checked.
