I've posted this on navigraph support and the support team said its all working on there side.

 

So i'm hoping someone here can load up the NGX at LGAV, select runway 21R VOR approach with the KRO TRANS. Then confirm if the magenta track is different to what is on the LIDO VOR 21R chart.

You can see the magenta track pretrudes out like a finger shape rather than turn left inbound 215*

 

Anyone getting this strange pattern on there 1604 AIRAC

I see the same pattern you do, using the Navigraph 1604 database and the PMDG 747 in FS9.  The (D296L-18) waypoint is completely bogus.
