Flying Wild Alaska 2.3

Recommended Posts

Only  3 weeks after my last flight, I found again time for the next leg.

This will be a short flight today - only around 30 minutes

Fantastic weather and clear views today

Turning left to 123°, destination is Palmer Muni (PAAQ)

The endless wideness of Alaska - the plane looks "lost"

"There" (at the Matanuska River you see farther away) Palmer is located

PAAQ in sight

Downwind leg

A little bit too high, but I have to consider the trees

Due to the very nice (and calm) weather - flying on rails :Big Grin: - it was a really soooft landing

It's very obvious  that we are in the USA

Someone shreddered his plane

But there are so many more undamaged ones on this airfield ...

EDIT: :shok: I posted in the wrong subforum - Tony, could you please move it to the screenshots? Thanks.

Your flying sounds like mine - haven't flown online in about 3 weeks, my little rugrats keep me quite occupied

That show was fun but I couldn't stand the over dramatized portions. My favorite line from an episode: "He's flying blind." Uhhhh, yeah and he's on an IFR flight plan lol.
