I would like to know what setting should I play with to make the 3D lights appear more far away during night? Is there a way to increase the display radius of the 3D lights around the plane?

Have you tried REAL TERRA HAZE plugin. It lets you play with near and far lights intensity and bloom.

Yes I have RTH. But RTH settings are for light intensity only, not how far lights are display.
