After a new clean install of Flight and Toolkit can't download nonGFWL addons.  Seems likely that it's related to the  recent problem with downloading the Toolkit.

It was probably related to the website being down.  Try again.

The link I posted was for the "Xbox 360 Themed Livery Pack" but the resulting error is the same.  My mistake.

Ok, fixed.  Apparently the tech who was helping to fix the problem renamed one of my files on the server and didn't tell me...
