Any value I enter in the Payload screen at the LSK for ZFW is returned with a message 'invalid entry'. You may be entering a value outside the accepted range. Possibly the wrong units. Or the value from PFPX may be just outside the range the NGX will accept.

I believe PFPX passengers weigh more and each passengers luggage weighs more than PMDG. So if you have filled the plane up with passengers, their luggage and some cargo you might be over the limit for the NGX ZFW. Michael Cubine
