I am trying to set up the account at PMDG website, in order to purchase the 777 product. However, when I try to register, I receive a message that my email address has been already used for purchase a product, and I need to log in via the Order Code. I have decided to ask for the code (using the same email address), however I get another 'error' message (no orders have been placed - no wonder My last order was for 737 for FS2004).

It is possible to reset my email address? If yes, I will provide it to proper person (for obvious reason, I do not want to post it here).

I'd look it up in our system, but without your first and last name that would take a while. Full names are required here on the forum - first and last - by the way.
