Kennedy - Prestwick
Hello Enrique, love your shots. I have a slightly different setup and only use P3D (only reason => Active Sky Next and ability to use PSXAloft II). Frankly speaking, I gave up on a plan to buy additional planes for the time being, as PSX gives me more than enough (it is both rewarding and challenging). I tend to engage autopilot near TOC and disengage it around FL200, hand flying is such a joy. Cheers, Andrej

Scenery update for Dubai (OMDB) - P3
Thanks for the update Ben. Quick question, will this scenery work in P3Dv3? I presume this is it: http://library.avsim.net/download.php?DLID=196005

Thank you AS 2016
I have previously purchased ASN so for me it was an evolutionary move. But if you do decide to go for AS16 (I recommend it), allow me to suggest you to get the Active Sky Cloud Art. Real-Time Texture Dynamics really enhance overall user experience. Cheers, Andrej

Password Reset
Hello, I am trying to set up the account at PMDG website, in order to purchase the 777 product. However, when I try to register, I receive a message that my email address has been already used for purchase a product, and I need to log in via the Order Code. I have decided to ask for the code (using the same email address), however I get another 'error' message (no orders have been placed - no wonder My last order was for 737 for FS2004). It is possible to reset my email address? If yes, I will provide it to proper person (for obvious reason, I do not want to post it here). Thanks! Andrej

What is Aerowinx PSX....
When you think about it, the initial investment is significant one, however there is no need to further invest into anything. Obviously, if you want to have 'outside' view, then you FS-X, X-plane, P3D (for the time being this is a must for anybody that wants to fly online - VATSIM/IVAO). However, the level of detail, aerodynamics, and weather model outweigh the initial costs. I have been loyal user of PS since PS1.3 days. When you get P3D, X-plane or FSX, you surely invest in new scenery, weather engine, and add-on planes. Eventually, you are far above the initial outlay for PSX. The level of support from Hardy (technically, it's a one man show) is unbelievable - he reacts very quickly and makes minute adjustments to keep it 'as real as it gets'. Finally, the community is what made me switch....I have been luring to Aerowinx's forums since at least 2003.The community there is very friendly, open, and eager to teach. Things and details you learn from experts about B744 is enormous. But I do understand what you mean. For me it's simple....PSX (with a plan to finally interlink to visuals). One day......I will build me a cockpit!

Aerowinx PSX review at Mutley's Hangar
That is Matt Sheil's full motion simulator. He started his project a decade ago, and used the PSX's predecesor, the Precission Simulator 1.3. (http://www.hyway.com.au/747/747.php) There are others around the globe that work on their home cockpits. There are plenty of suppliers and many are custom made, and or outsourced from former real B744 planes. John Davis' simulator (http://www.747simulator.co.uk/page137.html), Simfest is another PSX user (http://www.simfest.co.uk/blog/2015/1/20/what-you-dont-know-cant-hurt). I am proud owner of PSX software and have this dream of building my own custom made home cockpit in coming years. :-) There is so much inspiration! Cheers, Andrej
