Ground Tile White-Out Error

I recently started seeing this located near random airports and not sure what may be the cause? I'm not entirely sure when it started, library update maybe. Any ideas?

I think there might be a problem with your scenery priority order. Could you please show us the contents of your scenery_packs.ini (loacted in the custom scenery folder) and also attatch the Log.txt (X-Planes root folder) from a session when this happened? Thanks!
