  1. Picked up a few myself. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CTML6XP6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DLGJ4BL4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F445W8QR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CYLTZSWD?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
  2. I recently bought a number of small monitors. Would recommend you get one with a touch screen, opens up new opportunities.
  3. SSG burned me out on their first 747 release.
  4. I tried it, but whenever I would use XP12's gauge pop-out feature to external monitors, the Sim would crash so I turned it off.
  5. Not a fan of Pimax, my HMD felt cheap and the controllers were awful. Still looks like a Microwave strapped on your head.
  6. I get VR/Motion sickness also. The older HMDs and my old setup would give me killer headaches. I have AMD 7800X3d running on a 4090 with a Q3 and long as I'm keeping 40+ frames I am good. I have a little USB fan pointed at my face as it seems to help from getting motion sickness and also I have a very comfortable Bobo VR head strap and using the Q3 open facial as I loved my Quest Pro setup I had. With Pancake lenses I don't get the eyestrain I used to get with Fresnel lenses also.
  7. The 747 also is a fps hog. Wow, just read the exchange and if you're getting that it means I would be in the teens.
  8. Supposedly there is a patch in the works for new textures/etc, but like you said it was a letdown,
  9. Just use your old install, but some payware will need to be reactivated.
  10. Such a complicated tool to use for AI, I just don't want to have to fiddle with each and every airport I fly in and out of.
  11. Don't understand how a Early Access title can already have paid DLC?
  12. It really is simple and I hate to use the "on rails" comments, but the planes seem more alive until you get the feel...linear curves/alignments setup.
  13. Froogle made a video awhile back, but honestly it's not complicated. Just map the very basics first. It no more daunting that FSUIPC controls. I know my first flight were horrible in X-plane as the planes seemed more "alive" than I was used to.
  14. No need to feel like payware is better than freeware, this is not F$X. Go to http://x-plane.org/ and browse for airports.
  15. If you re-run the installer it will downgrade you back to B2.
  16. Same here.....Do not update to B3!!
  17. 30-45 fps seems good to me.
  18. It's released! Look for your discount upgrade email!
  19. $29.99 Ouch, forgot about Airport prices
  20. I've been in the market for a new laptop, but I know there would be a 1080M sometime and didn't want to settle for a 980M. Well http://www.tweaktown.com/news/52685/nvidias-unannounced-geforce-gtx-1080m-finds-way-notebook/index.html Guess this could haven been posted in the Video Card Forum .
  21. Thanks, that was it. Might also explain why my Manhattan is different. Over the years my custom scenery has alot of user made cities. I found the Chicago scenery and removed it, now it looks like this:
