5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

It's getting bad reviews do to support issues. Pimax needs to get their support department in order because their making a stellar product look bad.  A company will at times have a defective product but the best way to handle that is a great support experience for the customer.  Support is just as important as the product itself.😐

"This is one guys bad experience.  Totally not what the rest of us have experienced here on these forums and by Microsoft itself. "

very nice.

I ordered mine on 11/26 and to this date still have not received anything. I inquired with customer service and got the bs response "shipping after Christmas", still nothing 😞

I ordered my headset June 26th, it got delivered the end of September.  If you get yours before my timeframe you're doing pretty good.

Not a fan of Pimax, my HMD felt cheap and the controllers were awful. Still looks like a Microwave strapped on your head.

I just want to reiterate that so far I have been 100% satisfied by my crystal light. As a matter of fact I put on Quest 3 yesterday to enjoy some YouTube video via Virtual Desktop as I did before and I found its lower resolution suddenly became so much noticeable. Guess I'm getting spoiled by the PCL. Q3's pancake lenses are great, but PCL's lenses are just nearly as good which is amazing.

I so wish FS2024 could catch up in terms of VR performance soon. I want to fly VR in 2024 only, but FS2020 still gives me so much better performance and quality in VR.

I second this. My CL has been nothing short of amazing in 2020. So much so I might get the Dream Air when it comes out depending on the reviews. Then the microwave look will be a thing of the past.💯

My PCL has been trouble free. I forgot to remove the plastic film from the lenses (because it was not blue) but the image was still clearer than my Reverb G2 and I was very happy. And then I noticed and took off the film and wow!

that's a good idea, never done that before. have to try that on my Reverb G2 and see how it improves the clarity.

Also instock in the UK. Thought about reordering for a few seconds then decided against the hassle. For the record, I found Pimax support pretty good, albeit you need to keep on top of them. The issue was the headset itself but got a full refund back including the return shipping costs. I was one of the unlucky ones that had pretty poor lenses, my biggest issue is that it seems a very common issue so if you have a good headset, just be thankful and enjoy.

What is the order number?

I bought mine at a local Microcenter for $849.00. It is amazing. I wish it had the view of my 8kx but now I can read gauges sitting normally in MSFS.
