The new .dll file is included in the 1.41 patch.

We found that when mbucchia’s QV is activated, launching DCS with our OpenXR runtime, the game will crash. The dev team is currently investigating this. Could you please elaborate on the issue you’re experiencing with version 1.41.1 and the OpenXR Toolkit?

If you encounter any unusual issues, please mention me in the topic and I’ll do my best to help resolve them. There’s also an upcoming update aimed at improving tracking, which the developers are currently testing.

However, taping the cameras isn’t a permanent workaround. Do you have the latest firmware update installed on your headset? Have you also tried reaching out to our support team for the upcoming .dll file that improves tracking?
