Great airplane! Is the radar altimeter not simulated or am I missing a procedure step? Thank you!

Don't know which one you are talking about, but both of them do work. There is a RADIO ALT switch (next to the AUTO PILOT switch) behind the pilot's yoke that has to be turned on.
