Is this achieveble with voxscript?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Now I'm not sure if this is possible, but I want to check.

I fly for a VA, and they use a flight tracking program so we may log our flights. On occasion I forget to start it running, so I wondered if voxscript could be used to firstly open the application. And then select the retrieve flight button to bring up my booked flight and then activate the start flight button.

Now I wondered if there was a way to make this operation part of my pre-flight flows in all aircraft, providing it is possible that is.

Can someone just let me know if this is possible that would be great :)

Rob,

I also am a member of flyUK, and do precisely that by adding a run command for SkyTrack to the "Before Start Procedure" for a given aircraft.

If you edit the procedure in VoxScript there is an option to run a program. Just point to the exe and it should add the line accordingly.

If you have difficulties I can send you an example later to day.

Hi Stuart,

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a try later tonight.

And it's nice to see a fellow Flyuk'er has already given this a go :)
