July 17, 20169 yr Hi, I'm using Air Hauler 2, and whenever I try do the checkout in this aircraft P3Dv3 is crashing with the following: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 3.2.3.16769, time stamp: 0x56df48ceFaulting module name: WX_Gauge_3D_CF406.dll, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x561803e7Exception code: 0xc0000005Fault offset: 0x00002d7cFaulting process id: 0x1e54Faulting application start time: 0x01d1e06f5568f3f7Faulting application path: D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Prepar3D.exeFaulting module path: D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Gauges\WX_Gauge_3D_CF406.dllReport Id: dbe9c4e0-4c62-11e6-9da9-305a3a4c825bFaulting package full name:Faulting package-relative application ID: anyone have any ideas? Edit: forgot to add that I can fly this aircraft no problem directly though P3D, but with AH2 you click the button and it'll load the aircraft for you, P3D launches and I get to the flight select menu which already has the airport/fuel/aircraft selected so you just need to click "fly now" or whatever it is. Then it attempts to load and then CTDs "Prepar2d has encountered a problem..." I've also posted this in the AH2 support forum too
July 17, 20169 yr As a test, disable the WX_Gauge_3D_CF406 gauge line(s) in your panel.cfg file by inserting // in front of the line(s). Like this: [Vcockpit03]Background_color=0,0,0size_mm=512,512visible=0pixel_size=512,512texture=$Panel_3//gauge00=WX_Gauge_3D_CF406!WXGauge, 9,9,492,309 Bert
July 18, 20169 yr Author As a test, disable the WX_Gauge_3D_CF406 gauge line(s) in your panel.cfg file by inserting // in front of the line(s). Like this: [Vcockpit03] Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=512,512 visible=0 pixel_size=512,512 texture=$Panel_3 //gauge00=WX_Gauge_3D_CF406!WXGauge, 9,9,492,309 Thanks I'll give this a go as a temporary measure. on a seperate note - now do i view the approved/allowed modules/xmls for P3D? For FSX they appear in the FSX.cfg file at the bottom but I had a look at the P3D one and there's nothing there.
July 19, 20169 yr Author This "fix" worked, but now I have a defunct WX radar.. which isn't a biggie. Thanks again,
