  1. This "fix" worked, but now I have a defunct WX radar.. which isn't a biggie. Thanks again,
  2. Thanks I'll give this a go as a temporary measure. on a seperate note - now do i view the approved/allowed modules/xmls for P3D? For FSX they appear in the FSX.cfg file at the bottom but I had a look at the P3D one and there's nothing there.
  3. Hi, I'm using Air Hauler 2, and whenever I try do the checkout in this aircraft P3Dv3 is crashing with the following: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 3.2.3.16769, time stamp: 0x56df48ce Faulting module name: WX_Gauge_3D_CF406.dll, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x561803e7 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00002d7c Faulting process id: 0x1e54 Faulting application start time: 0x01d1e06f5568f3f7 Faulting application path: D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\Gauges\WX_Gauge_3D_CF406.dll Report Id: dbe9c4e0-4c62-11e6-9da9-305a3a4c825b Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: anyone have any ideas? Edit: forgot to add that I can fly this aircraft no problem directly though P3D, but with AH2 you click the button and it'll load the aircraft for you, P3D launches and I get to the flight select menu which already has the airport/fuel/aircraft selected so you just need to click "fly now" or whatever it is. Then it attempts to load and then CTDs "Prepar2d has encountered a problem..." I've also posted this in the AH2 support forum too
  4. I'm sure it is, I've been caught out with this in the past, have a look and take a screenie when you're next in the sim and show us what it looks like at the end of the CHASE1C STAR on the FMC.
  5. I think I've had this before, that there's a hold at the end of a STAR before the transition and you have to manually select it to exit the hold. (apologies for the squgglies, but i don't want to get in trouble for posting part of a Navigraph chart on a public forum.
  6. You will have to pay as it will be a completely new product essentially.
  7. Pretty nice photos Would be good to see some variation - but this is a good start!
  8. I see ground shadows in the demo video on the first post - is that a P3D feature or has it finally been integrated into FSX?
  9. I would say so, its even featured on their website... http://www.prepar3d.com/news/2014/10/6238/
  10. Have you read and understood the tutorial before flying it? Are you following it word for word? I too had problems, but I just sat down and read it carefully away from my PC before reading and rereading it as I flew the tutorial. I'm now fairly proficient (except for my descent planning!)
  11. These pics looks great What scenery are you using for the textures and autogen?
