I thought RAAS comes pre installed with FS2 Crew?

I've bought the Q400 variant, I can see reference to RAAS in the documentation but can't find a download exe or installer anywhere?

RAAS is a separate product, unless it has been preinstalled in the addon.  The PMDG 777 has it but I don't think the Q400 does.
