That means, if you have 4 core processor with HT off, you are using only the second core. If you have 4 core processor with HT on, you are trying to use only the second(virtual)core, which is a bad idea.

General recommendation is to leave first core alone for system tasks, and use all other physical cores. If you have 4 core CPU, AM should be 14 if HT is disabled, or 84 if HT is enabled
