Beaufort County Airport has a large house at the RWY 7 end of the runway that should be removed. It shows with scenery at Normal/Normal/Normal. A little exclude there would fix it, perhaps you could slip that into an update. No big deal, but tough landing and one of my home airports! :-)

Yes similar with KDVT from the NA freeware airport pack.  There are houses and trees all over the airport grounds.
