It is the latest 2015 aerial imagery.

I received an e-mail with a  Pin code" and then when I installed, it was for two different parameters...  and neither of them was asking for "Pin code" 

 

I entered the Pin code for the first parameter and the second parameter was "Activation code"  Not sure what that was./...

A Big difference between x4 (the darker rectangle and far better color and details) vs V3 (low resolution.. Not sure how much better V3 is from V2.

 

The x4 is the Phoenix area...

 

So if you want HD textures get the X4 and not the new V3
