Replacement file for the seasons.bgl file to match reality a bit better

On breakfast TV (UK) the other day, the weather guy said that meteorologists like to define dates for seasons, even if the planet doesn't! September = Autumn. Perhaps MS took that as the definitive answer?

I guess the only way around this problem is to adjust the date in P3D manually to better match reality.

Saw fall colors on arrival to Tampa FL this morning(?????)...I agree, 9/1 is way too early even for northern latitudes.  Not sure why it would show up in FL at all!!

This clearly shows how off the seasons in P3D (and previous simulators) are so too bad it's so hard to fix on a global basis.
