Having a hard time keeping my plane straight during taxi/takeoff

Recommended Posts

When taxiing or taking off, I find it difficult keeping my plane straigh. I'm always trying to use the rudders to correct this but i find it difficult. I even have auto-rudder set to on in P3D and also in the Aerosoft Airbus as well.

I mean it shouldn't pull to the left or right this much. I can understand a little bit of pulling, but a lot makes no sense. I am using a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick, and have calibrated it already. What else could it be?

This happens with any planes I am flying...

The swivel on your joystick doesn't properly replicate the swivel range on rudder pedals. It is more sensitive on that joystick

The main problem is that the twisty stick is strictly linear. It really needs to be more logarithmic with a very subtle amount of control near the center (neutral) point.
