I have no problem if I set for "ready to start". I can and do fire off each engines, as per the book. But when set to C&D no luck. I've watched the training video, twice at least. I do everything the test pilot does, but I can't get it to "stick" from C&D.

 

Any hints?

Not sure, but maybe a problem with your flight simulator's default flight?
