August 26, 20169 yr I got the iFly 744 from here and when I open fs2004, select the aircraft and hit ok it just crashes. I am running fs9 on windows 10 with the no cd patch.
August 26, 20169 yr This is a freeware, unsupported, version of the 747 for FSX . It does not run in FS2004 at all. DJ

August 29, 20169 yr That seems like a pirated version which you should stay away from. The read iFly 747 is $59.99 at FlightOne. The file is way larger than 63mb (which is the file size that you downloaded). If you want to real thing you gotta pay $$$$ for it.
August 29, 20169 yr Commercial Member That seems like a pirated version which you should stay away from. It's not. There was a freeware v1 for FS9 and FSX. What navdata is the OP using? Cheers! Luke Kolin I make simFDR, the most advanced flight data recorder for FSX, Prepar3D and X-Plane.

That is the original 747 FREEWARE from iFLY. and you can actually obtain the download here in the library.
September 3, 20169 yr You need to find and download a program that makes fs.9 "Large Address Aware". It will allow windows to access more than 2g RAM and use your true memory capacity. Here's a link. https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/large-address-aware.112556/ Your problems should be solved. This also works for any program or addon that uses alot of RAM.
