Hi Stephen,

Not a good idea to post your billing details.

Re your key not working, ensure you have not inadvertently put spaces into the activation key, that can happen sometimes. It's better to raise a ticket through their system

sorry bout that, figured I needed to provide proof of buying, looks like I jumped the gun I restarted xplane and it took the reg code that time, must have been a xplane glitch, again sorry  It seemed this was the only route to support for this

Interesting. Glad you got it sorted.

 

All the same, support is linked from our website under the word "Support" at the top of the page, mid-bar. If you search Google, it should preferentially refer you to the support system. Glad you were able to figure it out though.
