All, any idea who to contact about not getting a permanent key for World Traffic. Purchased and downloaded over the weekend but still no key.

Do you have a temp key? I have been using mine for months, no problems. Greg is too busy coding WT 3.0 to send out keys, which is good. However, this is the place you may ask for it:
