when launching VFXCentral , it opens the splash screen and gives this error(pic below)

nope, still the same problem and it's P3D

You have an addon installed that was not developed for P3D and it is not working properly.

Can you post the content of your DLL.XML file?

There might be an invalid char in the FSUIPC path.
