Decimal instead of point

Hi,

 

I've been testing the trial version (2.0.1.8) for some days and I really like it. One thing I have found is that if I tick the Use decimal instead of point box and close the program, the box is unticked the next time I start. And I mostly fly in Europe so I tick it every time I start Pilot2ATC. Is it supposed to be like that or is it a bug?
