October 18, 20169 yr I'm trying to fly an NDAP 2 procedure, using SOP 3. At 400 feet i call for LNAV, at 1000 feet i call for Command A (select command A) The FO responds with: "Mmmmmm, something's wrong here" Am i doing something wrong ? (Thrust reduction altitude and accelleration altitude are set in the FMC. In the departure brief, NDAP 2 is selected.)
October 18, 20169 yr Commercial Member Are you sure the autopilot was off? Are your controls neutralized? Remember in the 737 there can't be any pressure on the control column for the autopilot to engage. FYI, the PF would usually turn on the autopilot himself... he wouldn't command the FO to do it usually. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
