Can someone tell me if a commercial jet can make turns with the spoilers up? Reason for asking is that I had spoilers deployed on descent with PMDG 777 and I looked at the wing view when I made a turn and the spoilers just went back down

If the aircraft uses the spoilers for both roll and speedbrake functions, the roll order will be blended into the speedbrake command.
