Number 2 for departure I often got due to AI traffic departed short before.

But the issue was, that sometimes P2A doesn't cleared for take-off after separation time.

This is fixed in the published beta 2.0.1.21.

Today I got into the "You are number two for departure" loop in version 2.0.1.21

I read back instructions but it always understands "Number one for departure <callsign>" instead of number two.

Is this the incorrect readback?

Same here from time to time (not for the incorrect readback), but if you request a second time the takeoff with "xxxx ready for departure", then you have a good chance to get the expected clearance.
