Hi Stuart,in FS9Effects, rename lakewavecontroller.fx (lakes and rivers) and wavecontroller.fx (oceans) to *.fx.bakThat should do the trick but it's a global effect so you'll lose it everywhere.Cheers, Holger

Interesting?My problem is that I continual loose the wave effect, I can go through the editing routine recommended earlier with the files in question and recover them, but then loose them again soon in the future.Oh well, how important are waves?Happy flying:RTH
