is EGPWS (terrain radar) simulated in the wilco erj-145 v2 and is the plane considered a study sim?

No and no.  The systems are light, through the FMC and autopilot are full featured.  However I expect you'll find it on sale as 'tis the season and I do think it worthwhile at a discount.  Good documentation, fun flight model for short routes - she's aged well.
