Apologies. The camera seems to jam/lags when panning and/or moving the Xbox controls

My Cameras stutter really bad, since few updates, the FPS are ok, but it feels like 2 FPS...

Same here. Performance while panning is not good, and I have a i7 4.2 Ghz cpu and a gtx970 video card. Stutters.
