Rectangular Landing Light Textures Suddenly

Hoping someone with more external texturing experience than I do could answer this question.  I don't recall the last time I've flown the NGX on my sim or have made any changes to it, but I started to notice tonight the following landing light texture anomaly at dusk:

As you can see, the landing light seems to annoyingly illuminate a rectangular pattern across the fuselage texture now.  This is only present at dusk, night shows the correct light pattern.  This is also occurring on all models of the NGX and liveries for me.  Anyone have any quick ideas before I nuke the NGX installation and reinstall?

Thanks.

Doubt this will do anything. Keep in mind that our code hasn't changed at all unless you consciously changed it. It would be something else that changed to cause this: texture mods, shaders, etc.

When troubleshooting always shoot at the things that changed. The NGX hasn't changed in years. Probably the worst place to start, honestly.
