Fatal Error Occured

I often get the above message after which the FSX stops.

For a while it seems that only the PMDG-777 and PMDG-777ER shows that problem.

However today I was surprised when the same thing happened with the PMDG-737.

My system is Windows 10,before I used Windows 7 and never had that problem.

It gets frustrating to say the least and I wonder what the cause may be.

I'm not an expert but from what I have read about fsx it works best on windows 7-64 bit. I have read of people having problems

 

with fsx on other operating systems.

I'm having it running flawlessly on FSX-SE and windows 10.

It'sbrand new installation though.

How did you transition from windows 7 to windows 10? Did you just upgraded windows with fsx and PMDG T7 already installed?

Suggest checking out the AVSIM CTD Guide, page 7 and posting a crash report and/or Event Viewer report.  Most likely the issue is external to any PMDG aircraft and a problem with your FSX-SE configuration.  See link to CTD Guide in my signature.

I did a installation from a CD I purchased and prior to that formatted the hard drive

So I guess that you reinstalled FSX and PMDG from scratch with admin rights.

Are all the PMDG addons and operation centers up-to-date?
