January 3, 20179 yr Hi all, First, props (get it cause the q400 immersion?) to the FSFX team for this amazing product, I absolutely love it!Although, I seem to have a few issues. First, it automatically launches Chaseplane when I start P3D, even though "Auto Launch with P3D V3" is off. Second, whenever I first load in, the cameras outside are zoomed out far, and I have to manually zoom them back in. Not sure if I did something I did or if this is a glitch. Any help would be appreciated! EDIT: Running the latest experimental version, if that is information needed.
January 4, 20179 yr Commercial Member I could ask you 100 questions about this but it would be simpler if you could make a short video about it. Are you able to do that? Thanks! Keven Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.
January 6, 20179 yr Author I'll try. Shadowplay has been acting up, but I'll see what I can do. EDIT: OBS to the rescue!
January 7, 20179 yr Commercial Member Alright, a few things: Toggle Experimental mode off and on again and restart ChasePlane. There is a known issue with that toggle where if ChasePlane crashes, it reverts back to the stable release but does not update the toggle state. When you go in outside view. Are you using an assignment in ChasePlane or are you changing the camera mode in the simulator itself? For the Auto-Launch, go check the structure of the EXE.xml file in your P3D Appdata folder. It might have gotten corrupted from an earlier ChasePlane update Regards, Keven Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.
January 11, 20179 yr Author Alright, 1) I think it fixed the Auto-Launching from turning off and on the experimental version. 2) I am clicking hotkeys on my keyboard in the simulator when I change views 3) I still keep getting zoomed out whenever I first launch.
January 14, 20179 yr Commercial Member alright, contact us via email and we'll sort this out Regards, Keven Keven Menard Technical Director, //42.
