January 14, 20179 yr Patrick, you provide no information other than you experience A/P disconnects. I recommend you read the FCOM Ch 4 Automatic Flight for an understanding of system operation. 4.20.1 begins the system description, and lists reasons for A/P disconnect. Most likely your controller is to blame, unintended control input or trim will cause the A/P to disconnect. Dan Downs KCRP
