CTD with D#DCOMPILER_47.DLL

Featured Replies

Please help,

for first time, got the following CTD

D:\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3d v3\D#DCOMPILER_47.dll

I don't know what is this DLL

I only installed FSGlobal Ultimate today so I ma not sure if this has caused the CTD

Thanks

Chaf

sorry it is

D3DCOMPILER_47.dll

That file belongs to DirectX.  DirectX is automatically installed with Windows and your video card driver installs the properly based on the capabilities of your video card.  I would reinstall your video card drivers.

As stated in the AVSIM CTD Guide, you might also try scanning your system for missing/corrupted drivers - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files

Best regards,

Jim
