Help Forgot Password

Dear PMDG,
I Have bought this using paypal however i have forgot my pmdg website password, and i have requested for the password to be sent to my email but i have got nothing :( i even checked my spam inbox and nothing, i have been waiting patently and i have tried several times to request lost password to be sent to my email without any luck, i really want to fly this asap please help thank you
