What is going on here?  I've never seen this before.  Only add on is PMDG, minimal AI traffic, Rex TD+Soft clouds, AS16 and FSFX Immersion and EZCA.  Everything about this flight was a disaster.  Waste of time.

Dumb question. You sure they're corrupt or they just take a while to load in? I only have stock FSX clouds tweaked with FSOpen Clouds, don't yet have any PMDG aircraft, but I've seen the grey blocks when switching to external view and panning around, but the blocks disappear after a second or two.

They never loaded or changed. I even cleared the weather to none and refreshed AS16, but they came back.
