My paint kit issue

Recommended Posts

Ive been having a small issue with my painting and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I am hoping someone here can help me out. When I paint the GE engines file and save it as a .dds file it then goes to the nvidia plugin and I save it as DXT5 ARGB 8 bpp | interpolated alpha,  2D Texture,  No MIP maps.   but for some reason I get this shine effect on two of the 4 engines! Does anyone know why?

Thanks!

Looks like you accidentally grabbed the alpha layer and dragged it back (and also potentially warped it, based on that bit that's dragged back toward the rear of the engine).

You might get a better response in the area of the forum dedicated to painting, btw.
