Paid for, not delivered help

I purchased this beauty few minutes ago.

I filled in the requirement as to charge on credit card.

Everything was fine till I get a message that the transaction cannot complete as the billing address given is not the same as the one registered.  Which I changed right away, however, while

I'm typing the new address, I receive a purchase confirmation by mobile from my bank with the amount of 89.99 usd.  I hurried to see if the product was in my library but nothing.  Help.  What to do next?  Thanks
