Problem with AI traffic

Recommended Posts

Hello

I am trying to create an AI flight plan for a particular plane.

When I go to test the flight plan I created, the plane does not show up at the airport.

I did everything like the rules, in fact, with other planes is working

The weirdest

Here is the aircraft.cfg that does not work

[fltsim.0]
description=LOD1 polygons: 1\nLOD6 polygons: 5414\n
model=CFM_S
sim=FAIB_A321
texture=LST_CS-TSF
title=A321LSTTSF
ui_manufacturer=Lusitaniair
ui_type=A321
ui_variation=Lusitaniair CS-TSF 2017 (LST)
atc_id=CS-TSF
atc_airline=Lusitaniair
atc_flight_number=123
atc_parking_types=GATE
atc_parking_codes=LST

"i only have one fltsim"

Now, doing this change, the plane already appears at the airport right.

[fltsim.0]
description=LOD1 polygons: 1\nLOD6 polygons: 5414\n
model=CFM_S
sim=FAIB_A321
texture=LST_CS-TSF
title=A321LSTTSFTest
ui_manufacturer=Lusitaniair
ui_type=A321
ui_variation=Lusitaniair CS-TSF Test 2017 (LST)
atc_id=CS-TSF
atc_airline=Lusitaniair
atc_flight_number=123
atc_parking_types=GATE
atc_parking_codes=LST

[fltsim.1]
description=LOD1 polygons: 1\nLOD6 polygons: 5414\n
model=CFM_S
sim=FAIB_A321
texture=LST_CS-TSF
title=A321LSTTSF
ui_manufacturer=Lusitaniair
ui_type=A321
ui_variation=Lusitaniair CS-TSF 2017 (LST)
atc_id=CS-TSF
atc_airline=Lusitaniair
atc_flight_number=123
atc_parking_types=GATE
atc_parking_codes=LST

Why? Why not accept in the fltsim.0?

Regards

João

The entry for a an aircraft in the aircraft.txt of the flight plan requires an exact match with the airplane title, as stored in the "title=" line of the [fltsim.x] entry.

Pao - I was waiting as I thought someone with more expertise than I have would step up. What I would say is that I've never seen an aircraft.cfg file like the one you posted and I think that may be the problem. May I suggest you rearrange it so it follows the standard format... Example:

[fltsim.0]
title=FTX AI Airbus A321-200 Jetstar Airways
sim=FAIB_A321
model=IAE
sound=
texture=Jetstar
atc_airline=Jetstar
atc_id=Jetstar
atc_flight_number=321
ui_manufacturer=Jetstar
ui_type=Airbus A321-200
ui_variation=Jetstar Airways
atc_parking_types=GATE
atc_parking_codes=JST
description=Model by Erez Werber : Textures by Graham Eccleston

Your traffic file should then look like this:

Aircraft_PAO                                                                       (that's the title of the file)

AC#1,400,"FTX AI Airbus A321-200 Jetstar Airways"

Airport_PAO                                                                             (title of the file)

NZAA,S37* 00.48330',E174* 47.50000',23
NZAP,S38* 44.38330',E176* 05.06670',1335

FlightPlans_PAO                                                                        (title of the file)

AC#1,X204,50%,24h,IFR,00:12:00,02:00:00, 130 ,F,0204,NZAA,08:12:00,10:00:00, 140 ,F,0204,NZAP

Compile using AIFP3 - I recommend using the option to put an _FSX at the end of the traffic file - I use that to make certain that I have checked it and made sure it is in correct FSX format. Helps me keep track of what I've ported over from FS9 (most WoAI files for example) that have or haven't yet been converted...

Hope that helps

Ian
